1. Shop Collection (Saddar, Rawalpindi)

You can collect directly from our shop at no charge. You can inspect the parts in person, confirm physical measurements against your old part, and consult with our technicians:

2. Local Rider Delivery (Rawalpindi & Islamabad)

We provide rider delivery across the twin cities (Rawalpindi and Islamabad) on customer request.

Delivery charges: The rider delivery charge is paid by you (the customer). The exact delivery fee depends on your location (distance from Saddar) and parcel dimensions. We confirm the rider fee with you on WhatsApp prior to dispatching.

Timing: Local deliveries are typically dispatched same-day or next-day during shop hours, subject to part readiness and weather conditions.

3. Out-of-City Orders (Nationwide Dispatch)

For customers outside the twin cities across Pakistan (Lahore, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Karachi, etc.), delivery can be coordinated via third-party cargo or courier services:

  • Parcel cargo: Daewoo Cargo, Faisal Movers Cargo, or similar bus terminal services for medium-sized parts.
  • Doorstep courier: Reputable courier services for compact mechanical components, lighting, or filters.
  • Freight cost: Paid by the customer on delivery (To-Pay / COD cargo).

4. Fragile & Oversized Parts

Bulky and fragile items, such as windscreens, body kits, bumpers, bonnets, and headlight assemblies, require special handling. We advise inspecting fragile shipments immediately in the presence of the courier or rider before accepting the delivery.

5. Payment Methods

Payment options vary depending on your order fulfillment method:

  • Shop collection: Cash and mobile direct transfer accepted at the counter upon physical inspection.
  • Local rider delivery (Twin Cities): Cash on delivery (COD) or advance transfer via online banking / Raast.
  • Nationwide cargo: Advance bank transfer (IBFT) required for parts before dispatch; cargo freight is paid To-Pay at your local terminal.
