1. Nature of the Service & Quote-Based Model

The HC Auto Parts website is an automotive parts catalogue and quotation platform. Creating a quote basket, submitting a part inquiry, or initiating a WhatsApp conversation does not constitute a binding purchase contract or guaranteed reservation. A transaction is only concluded once shop staff have confirmed the part and its current price directly with you, and payment/delivery terms are agreed.

2. Pricing and currency

Currency: All quoted prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs).

Market fluctuation: Automotive replacement parts in Pakistan are subject to rapid cost shifts due to import tariffs, international logistics, and currency exchange rates. Where a listing does not show a price, our staff will provide an up-to-date quotation on WhatsApp or at the counter.

3. Vehicle details

Automotive parts often vary across production year revisions, regional variants (e.g. Japanese Domestic Market imports vs local assembly), and engine trims. While our listings name the vehicles a part is sold for, the customer is responsible for providing complete vehicle details (make, model, manufacturing year, and chassis/VIN number) before final purchase. HC Auto Parts verifies compatibility against your chassis number prior to final order confirmation.

4. Independent Retailer & Trademark Notice

HC Auto Parts is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Honda, Toyota, Suzuki, Hyundai, Kia, Haval or Daihatsu. All vehicle brand names and logos belong to their respective owners. Reference to any vehicle make, model name, generation designation, or OEM part number is solely intended to assist customers in identifying compatible replacement parts.

We only label a part as genuine when shop staff have recorded it as such. Other parts are sold without any claim of manufacturer sponsorship.

5. Order Fulfillment & Payment

We do not collect credit-card payments on this website. Orders are fulfilled via:

  • Shop collection: In-person payment (cash or bank transfer) and pickup at Shop 18, Azher Shaheed Market, Saddar, Rawalpindi.
  • Rider delivery: Local rider delivery in Rawalpindi & Islamabad. Delivery charges and payment terms are confirmed per order.
